Things may have changed but I think he means the SDL league doesn't officially post scores in a table like other leagues... but, obviously, coaches and parents do keep track. At least SDL didn't used to officially post scores... perhaps they do now?

What I'm saying is that if the league doesn't think it's important to post scores, and officials don't keep track, how do you know and how are they verified accurate? Anyone can make anything up...seen it done before. Not only that, but only a fraction of the scores from any weekend are reported.

Furthermore, the 6v6 league is on a non-regulation field, with 1 CR, no offside, no throw-in, no punting, and no penalties, etc. How is that 'real' soccer where the score should "count"? Work on the development of the players, their technique and how they play and care less about if susie wins or not...

SDL scores reported from parents on this forum are not the 6v6 format, only the 9v9. The 6v6 small sided games are new to SDL and are for player development, they are not considered in the rankings posted.

In my 3rd year of tracking SDL scores based on posts and PM's from people on this forum. My experience is that this forum does a pretty good job at policing itself when it comes to reporting accurate scores.
Also, while they might not always be 100% timely, by the end of the season, I usually end up with >90% of all SDL scores reported to me one way or another. If I have a team where I am missing several scores, there's usually a pretty high likelihood that team doesn't exist anymore come the following season.
