Second Half of the Season is posted.....
Looks like we will have to wait until the last game of the season.....

Re: Second Half of the Season is posted.....
While the Texans vs FCD Premier match will be a highlight no doubt, the most interesting things to watch is who will claim those critical spots 8 - 10 to stay in D1, the spots to stay in D2, the spots to move from D3 to D2, and the spots to not have to requalify for D3. A game between spot #10 and spot #11 will be super important as this gets down to the wire.

They have tough games still to come. That is a proud group of old Webb parents. If D1 looks out of reach I wonder if some jump ship? They might possibly be the #3 Solar team. That's mind boggling.
Watching this team before they went select was unbelievable. It didn't help that they had some injuries in the first half of the season. The winter break will allow this team to get healthy and regroup. I believe Colvin will be able to get this team moving in the right direction in the second half of the season. If not then it would not surprise me if they start looking for "higher" ground, if they have not already.

Tho defense is not talked about much by NTX parents, it is very important. Solar Red only allowed 6 goals in 10 games played. The defense seems solid. Any team that allows less than one goal per game should take pride in the D. If the forwards stay healthy, I'm sure Solar Red will grind out wins and stay D1. But it does seem the Kat Webb glory days, when this team was talked about as contender for #1 are behind them. All said, I would not want to play this team for staying in D1 on the last week of the season.
