So haven't seen anything on the forum as of yet and only just heard so I thought I would pass it along for those who may want to go....
The Concacaf Gold Cup Semi-finals will be played at Cowboys Stadium on the 24th of July. Which if the US Men's team wins tomorrow they will be FINALLY playing here. There will be no Howard, Dempsey or Bradley but still a good team.

Does anybody know where you can get decent tickets at a decent price? Ticketmaster only has the 400 section tickets available.

I need 4 if anybody has any extras they need to sell.

StubHub. There are some on Craigs' List but they are mostly more expensive than what you can get through StubHub

Remember the Yankees are in town, and isn't Mexico playing at 6? Think about the most crowded place in the world and multiply it by 6. Should be less people then normal at six flags tho!?

Looks like USA has the early game. I heard the baseball game was moved to 6 for TV so that should make it quiet the cluster. Anybody have any good options for parking? Do any of the eateries have a shuttle?

Section 235 for us. I rolled the dice at halftime yesterday on Stubhub and got a pretty good price. By the end of the game, the good seats were in short supply. I agree that the Mexico game is going to be packed. Our plan is to get there around halftime of the Mexico/Panama match to avoid the parking mess that all the fans are sure to generate. Don't forget your earplugs for those idiotic vuvuzelas.

PATIO PASSES NOW AVAILABLE FOR GOLD CUP SEMIFINALS ON JULY 24 AT COWBOYS STADIUM

Capacity crowd expected for semifinal matchups in Arlington

DALLAS (Tuesday, July 23, 2013) – A limited number of general admission patio passes are now available for purchase at the Cowboys Stadium box office for the 2013 CONCACAF Gold Cup semifinal doubleheader this Wednesday, July 24 starting at 6 p.m. local in Arlington, Texas.

Patio passes will only be available at the Cowboys Stadium box office, which will open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. today and Wednesday, July 24. Patio passes are $25 each.

Fans attending the doubleheader between USA vs. Honduras and Panama vs. Mexico are urged to arrive early to Cowboys Stadium to avoid traffic and long waits, and enjoy Fútbol Fiesta, an interactive fan zone featuring live entertainment. Fútbol Fiesta will open at 5 p.m. local time in Parking Lot 4.

When my oldest daughter and I attended the Chelsea vs Club America friendly a few years ago, Cowboys Stadium had also put down temporary real Bermuda sod for that match, too. It turned out pretty well, and I don't remember any complaints from the players afterward on the condition of the field. Sure, the grass isn't going to look perfect because it has been cut in the middle of July. But as for playability, I'll bet it will be okay this time, too. Certainly not perfectly smooth, but these professionals should be able to play on whatever surface is presented to them. It could be worse... could be Moss.

I was just glad to see the restrictions on some of the "musical" instruments. Chanting and singing? Great. Mindlessly blowing a vuvuzela when there is nothing to celebrate or banging a drum for 90 minutes? I won't miss either.
