Just to add to the strangeness of this...

The '04's are less than 12 months out from select, and between SDL, TGPL, PTCL, PAL, CFBAL, PSA, UAL, DIAL, & PYL, I am tracking roughly 100 NTX '04 girls academy teams, yet not a single Solar '04 team...Shocked 

That is very surprising to me.  Something tells me there is some hardcore recruiting going on behind the scenes...

Will be tough though as the parents worship LW.

Naw, I don't believe they have to recruit. Talent recognize talent. You recognize it, why not bring your dd out to see what's all the hype about?
I am saying that when select comes, and Solar has no top team, they will have an opening for another top team particularly someone like Dalglish who is 2nd team but still top 5 or someone like RASE who might like the promise of ECNL potential.

I've gotten multiple responses on this, and all are consistent (thanks to all who responded...)...

Consensus is that neither Solar team exists any more.  Large chunk of Armstrong roster is now Andromeda Ramsden.  Solar Gold coach went to Dallas Rush, and the girls on that team pretty much scattered to other teams as opposed to moving in bulk to a different club/team.

So that clearly leaves Solar with a big 'ol gaping hole in the '04 girls.  It will be interesting to see who moves to fill that hole over the next 6-9 months.Suspect Suspect Suspect

Actually 2 went to LP Dalglish and 2 to Andromeda Ramsden and I believe most went to LFS and not Rush

Saw the Scott-LP Redknapp match and actually came away impressed with both teams. Very close first half. In the 2nd, Scott showed why they are ranked where they are. They were much quicker in their decision-making and absolutely clinical in finishing mistakes. All credit to them. They did have a couple of additions that will help them greatly moving forward.

Also liked what I saw from the evolving Redknapp group. This will be a team to watch. They're already a handful for most teams and if they add a piece or two will be very dangerous.

Anybody got the scoop on the Lady Aztecs team that is playing in CFBAL U10 Gold?

Is this '04 Lady Aztecs (Abe), '05 Lady Aztecs (Arnold), or some mix of '04/'05 teams?

Speaking of leagues. As expensive as SDL is, you would think they could put a schedule together now that teams have been signed up for over a month AND all select schedules are out.

I mean but hey, parents have nothing else to do this fall but soccer so no need to worry about other plans right?
