Ever hear of "cold goal", and maintaining possession as oppposed to kicking the ball up the middle and playing power against an inferior team?

Same team that walked off the field in the a Primetime Final when an opponent only took 3 PK's to there 4. Referee made a mistake and Chacon and team ran off the field grabbed their trophies and immediately headed to parking lot. When the head of referees and tournament officials acknowledged mistake and demanded a "rekick" they said "no we won, and too bad".

#1.) if by "cold goal" you mean no goalie, the Sting team did not use one the second half.
#2.) the sting team moved their offensive players to defense and defense to offense and they played with a five pass rule before scoring. ( you really should have a clue of what you speak of before running your pie hole)
#3.) every week Borussia asks for the results and numerical scores are given. I did the same.
#4.) you really want to talk proper etiquette, my dd was not at that tournament, but I have it from sting parents and two other parents from a different club that what you stated with the PK's was not the case... At all. You state that Chacon and team "ran off the field", At least he did not abandon his players like McDaniel did and stomp off in a hissy fit leaving her girls behind. Lol at least the sting parents have enough restraint and class not to try and instigate fights after losses... When one such as yourself lives in a glasshouse, you probably should not throw stones.

 

take a goalkeeper off for me is the most offensive thing to do. Mainly because the other team will notice a goalkeeper missing quicker than a outfield player. Then they start realising the other team think that are much better. Fair play to 5 pass rule and moving players around.

How in the world can you score 26 goals in 50 minutes?  It takes the ref at least 1-2 minutes to get the girls reset per goal scored.

It was crazy, the girls after the first five or so goals started the pass rule thing and would then do their passes and then boom a goal.
I don't see the outcome being much different when they play Armstrong, weir, or especially roach.

I disagree, but it is a difference in opinion, and opinions are like.... Well like you know.

I am not looking to rehash the past, the sweeper brought that up, I can say that it is still a sore subject for me as I was the one who was assaulted by the McDaniel parent (and it was not even me that said what sparked the McDaniel parent, lol) , but again sweeper brought up something from the past not I.

I guess next time there is a large goal differential I will just say "more than five", lol

Let me educate you my friend "cold goal" means do not score any more goals. Work on possession as opposed to playing power ball up the middle.

It is literally impossible to score 26 goals in that given timeframe. That is like A GOAL PER MINUTE. Is Chacon the Chip Kelly of North Texas?

I was at that finals match for my daughter lost in the semi's on the field right next to it. I was also at the goal where the PKs were being taken. Officials and refs agreed that only 3 kicks were given to McDaniels team. If fact the director of prime time apologized by sending her team trophies. Chacon was asked to retake kicks by tourney official and he replied I don't have time for that. Maybe he has another game, but in the spirit of the game? fair play ? She didn't abandon her girls she handed out second place medals to her team.

Sorry, misunderstood your post. Thought you meant Sting's resukts against Armstrong, Weir, and Roach would be the same. My fault. As you were.

I will set the record straight. Rockwall is correct Sting pulled their goalie and played one girl down and had to pass the ball 5 times before they scored. On top of that he moved all his girls around while some of his top players watched from the bench. The fault come from the other coach for putting his team in the top platinum 06 league at SDL. Then fault also comes from the league for not moving this team from his division after the first or second week. ROCKWALL made a rookie mistake by listing the score but he was only following directions by Borussia. Who I think we would yall agree is the biggest instigator on the 06 forum lol. Keep it up Borussia!! As far as to rehash an old tournament that is petty! Especially when you have the facts wrong. You must of " mis remembered" The ref called the game on the field the girls all met in the middle and shook hands with yalls team. Then Sting did their after game cheered and got their soccer bags and " Walked off the field". They all took their gear off and one by one got their Trophies. At the end everyone had their trophies and took pictures it was only when Sting all started leaving that a parent start to complain and your coach followed suit. By then the team was halfway in the parking lot and some were hurrying to get to their old girls soccer game that day that some of your parents started to attack our parent verbally. Which was not the first time this has happened. The refs made a mistake but your coach should of caught it while we were still on the field after the game which was about 15 mins. You pay your coach to know the situation of the game so fault her not Sting. By the way Chacon was not even coaching that day he had an 04 game. The team was coached by two volunteer parents. Chacon coached the first game in the tournament which Sting won 4-0 or did you mis remembered that one too! Ok enough digs lets just play soccer and get along. McDaniel is a very good coach you can tell with her girls play on the field. Lets just keep it on the field and enjoy the girls playing their heart out. I am sure we will see each other down the road. Two top teams playing to make each team better isn't that what it is all about!!! Not petty digs and grown parent yelling and fighting. This is a great group of 06 teams and we have a chance to be great if we continue to play each other but please not with all the madness. Lets be examples to the other younger groups.

I don't know, what do you call it when someone comes over, extends their hand to you in a handshake, pulls you in and says a few "interesting things involving my heritage" and then shoves you. I mean what do you call it other than pathetic? From a legal perspective it was assault.

I will not respond further on this and yes it was a "rookie mistake" to say the score, but in my defense it was one made in compliance with a protocol set forth by Borussia in other weekly status report updates. As stated jokingly, but perhaps with sincerity, in the future I will state "plus ten". I like statistics and what Borussia is doing with keeping track of things, so I will continue.

I agree- and also, you can use the gk (via backpass to gk's feet) to practice changing the point of attack (and give you something worthwhile to practice if you are trying to hold the score down).

  Most scores are sent via PM.  A 26-0 score is one that should have probably been sent via PM.  Your friend Rockwall felt otherwise and added emphasis to that ... "(yes that is really the score").  

Galaxy shouldnt be in the 9v9 league correct
