Current Rankings include game results from 8/9/13 through Present Date

A few notes:

1)  Liverpool '04 RASE is the de-facto #1 '04 girls team in NTX (unbeaten against any '04 NTX girls team for >1 year).  They are not included in the FBR at this time due to a lack of games played against '04 girls opponents in the past 16 weeks


2) After deleting tournament games from the weekend of 6/16-6/17, that left 1 small tournament in July in the database from June/July.  I made a command decision to delete that July tournament as well.  Over the next 5-6 weeks, the database should remain "stable", with only new game results being added, so week-week movement should appear much more logical during that time. 

3) Ranking Tier movement has also settled down significantly, so I am publishing the current ranking tiers this week for everyone's reference.

Teams Registered for AFC tournament, Nov 15-17 in Lewisville = 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11 (Pending), 13, 19, 25, 27, 28, 34, 43, 58, 91 and #1 of U9

We will have two or more skill divisions, depending on number of teams registered.

Deadline is Nov 1 - www.acesfutbolclub.com

I'm sure this has been explained previously, but is the left W-L column reflecting games against teams within the Tier?
