There's Go again being the Designated Elite Spokesperson....
Man, your responding to every comment in reference to these inquiries and accusation keeps fueling their desire to find out the real story behind LW's relief.
"Go, why'd you take the cookie man?"
"What cookie, I didn't see no cookie, did you see me take the cookie, I'm not saying there wasn't a cookie but if there was actually a cookie and I possibly took it, did you see me eat it?"

"Kix, why'd you take the cookie man?"
"I didn't take any cookie or cookies, ionknow whatcha talking bout..."

Not suggesting you be like me but you're providing a setting to a climatic break down (or at least that's what they are hoping for) of you spilling the beans....

Enough of my unwarranted advice...
But to those who want to know the real reason LW parted ways with Elite, you too, will never walk alone.

What I find amusing is how much crap is posted about changes in other clubs but it happens to Elite / RASE and we're all supposed to believe it was for "the good of the girls"

Guess I'll file it in the same place as RASE playing in the boys division "for the competition" vs. total avoidance.

It all comes down to that one fateful day when Lee played "the substitute".

Obviously there is more to this story than is being told by the team spin doctors.
There is no way a coach of LW's standing would walk away from a top quality project like that (that he has built) without good reason. I just don't buy it.
The common opinion is he had enough of the parents and I can't say I blame him. Is it me or do they always look unhappy? Boy, what a crowd.

Who gives a crap why or how Liverpool conducts there business. Why can't everyone just worry about their own DDs team. If your not an Elite parent what does it matter.

BS! planned, my a**. Who you kiddin? As taken from the good ol' Nicholson flick, "you can't handle the truth!" At least LW is with the better of the 2 teams with more upside and opportunity to remain #1. Good luck, Rase-ED

How does a coach leaving a team get so many folks riled up. Personal I think WisdomTeeth hit the nail on the head as to why he left but who really cares? If go99 wants to think it was part of a planned exit just executed earlier than planned and without anyone knowing it was going to happen, then so be it. Can anyone on here really dispute it? Nope.

Quick someone post a prediction thread for tonight's games so we can get back to the fun stuff.

Shouldn't parents have a right to know how clubs / teams / coaches operate?

If a club continues to employ coaches that are suspended, wouldn't you want to know?  If the NTSSA has suspended your coach, wouldn't you want to know why?

If a coach walks away from a team, mid-season, wouldn't you want to know why?  They could be coaching (and leaving) your daughter in the future!

If a coach benches team players to play down CPP ringers to get the win, wouldn't you want to know which coaches are willing to do that?

If a team is laden with crazy parents, wouldn't you want to know?

If a club will arbitrarily and readily make coaching changes immediately after signing, 2 months into the season, 4 months into the season, wouldn't you want to know?

If a club refuses to move talent up so as not to hurt any parent's feelings, wouldn't you want to know?

As a consumer of services, why WOULDN'T you want to understand how the coach / club operates?  If your dd plays for top coach or on a top team for that club, or has considered doing so, wouldn't you want to understand the environment where you will be spending your money and your time?

I have seen a number of posts on the board about "caveat emptor" - know you coach and your club before signing a contract.  People who say "I don't worry about my coach as we have open communication."  What if it is outside the coach's control?  What if it is crazy parents?  What if it is a crazy club?

But as soon as the questions hit a little close to home, out come the posters to say "nothing to see here, move along."

Perhaps they feel it's more the business of the parents and players on the team, and there is no "obligation" to inform posters on an internet message board.

It's always amazing to me that some people feel as if they are "owed" an explanation for what another coach, team, or club, is doing.

If I were considering a change to that club or team, I might want those answers, and I'd likely try to get them from the club.  Then I'd make a decision as to whether I buy the story.  If I don't, I look elsewhere for a team for my dd.

It's fun to gossip about this crap, but feeling as if you're owed an explanation is a bit of a stretch, at least in my opinion.
