For those paying attention be has been crushing it for the past month or so. Toned it down a bit, sticking to facts, slipping in the sarcasm.
The haters appear to be grasping at straws at this point.
Ern (and the DA) appear to be winning the war quite handily.

Ohhh Please. I would bet most including myself would just be interested in hearing about how the Dallas teams are doing and the competition level. I don't have a problem with DA as the new top league just the silly propaganda, that it will change the face of youth soccer and that it will be free and blah....blah.....and oh yeah, I don't like Bige either....oops

Appreciate the nod Gentlemen, but by no means is my aim to win something or to be an advocate of only the GDA.

And I couldn't agree more jack -- Most, including myself, are interested in hearing how the locals fare vs other areas of the country, and agree that the GDA will be superior to the ECNL talent wise.  But where is this propaganda stating that the GDA "will change the face of youth soccer" ... Maybe I missed this somewhere?  It sure is curious that I hadn't seen you use this particular term until I used it inversely to your usage here, earlier in this thread, isn't it?

Yeah, here in Bradenton Florida. The weather is blustery but warm. Although a cold front is on its way. The DA experience is real. The coaches from all over have lined the fields for both our games. The facilities is amazing. This could be the start of something big.

Not saying there aren’t any coaches at ECNL showcases but I’ve seen the list of some of the college coaches down there in Florida and it’s rather impressive. Not the “may be in attendance” list, but rather the “check in, thanks for coming, enjoy the game coach” list,

DA Winter Showcase Update:

Texans U15 (#16 best record in DA)- W2 L1
Win against  #17 Oakwood Academy and West Coast Futbol Club.
Lost to California Thorns

Solar U15 (#11)- 3-0
Wins against #6 So Cal Blues, #18 FC Virginia, and San Diego Surf.

FC Dallas U15 (#3 entering Showcase)-2-0-1
Tied #4 Sky Blue PDA
Wins against #19 Seattle Reign academy and then #1 Tophat (impressive 3-0 win).
FCD currently has best points percentage in DA for Fall season.

Overall, NTx teams 7-1-1. Not bad considering the talent level there!!

U-18/19 Dallas DA’s overall records I believe were 6-3 each group taking one loss. Not a bad showing. The Frontier Division seems to be very competitive on the national level.

Zizou did you see any individual performances that stood out in your time in Florida? Maybe a few players we could look forward to seeing at the national level soon if not already there.

U-20 national team vs Finland showcased a few young players here from Dallas. Although, Finland did not look the part and the USA had a decisive victory. Teams we competed against girls were massive in size and I don’t see our team as small. Usual suspects the girls from Surf, Slammers, FC Stars, and FC Dallas. My prediction you will see the Slammers and the FC Dallas player on the big team in a couple of years. Other than that wind kept us from getting out and seeing many games.
