I am going to use DT North (just because it's my dd team) & D'Feet is a spot ahead of us but we have a better win/loss/dual then Feet?
Last question doesn't teams with less games over all (ex: TFC Elite) mess up the true data? I mean they look better because the data is done on less games where most have more games played so the data would be worse for them.

Direct W-L-T comparison is useful if they played the same teams. Otherwise, SoS (strength of schedule) overlay will change the rankings depending on who they beat and who they lost to.
Fewer games does not translate into "better". In fact, playing fewer games (everthing else being equal) is penalized on the margin. One could argue that fewer games will result in "less accurate" data, but will not necessarily result in "better" rankings, nor would more games result in "worse" rankings.
