Picks for Freedom Cup Gold Bracket

A- Polaris upsets Dynamo and wins group A
B- South should have no trouble
C- Andromeda Lubbock pushes through but wouldn't be shocked if someone else came out
D- Renfro wins group D. Just to physical

Semi- Renfro gets past Polaris. Will be tough hard fought game, but new additions to Renfro will prove to much.

Semi- South cruises in this one. Gets ready for final.

Final- Another tough good game. I'm picking the upset. Renfro beats South on PK's. Freedom Cup Champion 2012

2. Polaris - On a roll Polaris gets an early welcome to primetime league and comes back down to earth

2. Fever United
3. Sting Dunstan - might upset for 2nd but not first

Pretty solid Java!! I would only flip flop your bracket D pick. I think FCD will pull off the win vs defeeters and lose to Dynamo in semi.

Finals will be a battle. Dynamo has the finesse and knows how to work the field. DTS is a STRONG defensive team. I think it will be a 2-1 victory for Dynamo, but if it is 1-0 DTS, I would not be surprised.

Right now I think they would be good to play based on the rainfall as of RIGHT NOW. The problem is as the afternoon goes into the evening is when the thunderstorms are coming according to the weather forecast and that would be your problem.

I live in lewisville and its only been sprinkling with lil rain..no heavy down pours..I live about five mins from railroad and so i would say its all good..however glasa has been known to close its fields with lil rain cuz they dont want to mess them up ...

on the RH side, click on Animation to start the last few hours radar and then click Precipitation under Options to show the amount of rain measured by the personal weather stations.

Shows some interesting data on very trace amounts(<.05") of rain that has fallen in the Chinn Chapel, Lake Park and RR areas. But a little farther West you can see the radar animation shows some heavy activity passed over Argyle, Denton, etc... The amounts showing on the PWS in those more westerly spots are upwards of .5 an inch.

These storms could easily dump enough rain to ruin the fun.
