does anyone understand PPL standing....

Does anyone have a clue to how PPL does their standings? if teams are tied it's not GF or GA or G diff that effects the standings. As they are not listed that way now. In PPL 3 there is not obvious reason for the way they are listed 9tied teams. Maybe its the number of letters in the team name LOL.

Standings are based on points (regardless of number of games or winning %)

H2h is the first tie breaker when you have multiple teams tied with the same number of points.
But here's the catch....it's h2h points with ANY of those other teams tied with the same number of points (in this case 9 pts)

So it looks like Rush has 2 wins over other teams that also have 9 pts
Giving them 6 h2h points
