Your short fuse is a prime example why LW made his decisions. Say what you want to about him, but he's no idiot. He knows that group of parents can't handle a loss to another girls team. Why do you think the '05 Dynamo played this weekend? You and I both know theres no way shes gonna end up on the Dalglish roster. There was plenty of players on the bench.
I thought she was on solar and I thought this weekend was just guest playing but no idea really. They are definitely a very loud group lol but I think they can handle a loss just fine. But you feel that? Mmmm yes spend a little time at the top and people are just waiting for your demise.

I see no demise here. Dalglish is clearly still a VERY solid team. My original post was just stating that the posts prior to the AFC tournament were proven to be incorrect. They are not presently a top 5 team. Nice try with the guest players though. I personally wish every team the best and look forward to watching how this group will shake out over the next 6 months or so.

You're right, Dalglish will be OK. LW will get them where they need to be. There are definitely other top ten teams that have way bigger problems than Dalglish.

Re: '04 Girls FBR Rankings - 11-19-13
I understand why FBR ranks DTS below Scott... only because DTS has more games against tier 2 and 3 from playing in SDL 1.go99 wrote:Well thats definitely not good. The same as I have said for DTS. You need to play the toughest competition possible. But I have no idea what league they payed in. I would suggest they find whatever league all of the top teams are playing in and play that for the next season
But is it a misconception to assume DTS did not paly a tough schedule.
DTS also played 8 of the top ten (all but Aztecs and Spirit) beating them all this fall.
DTS is the only team of the top 5 that has played everyone else at least once without losing.
This weekend could be telling if played, but DTS is also a team that seems to struggle in tournaments doing better in league play.

Agreed. Which is why one can get just a little bit annoyed when someone on an alternate thread suggested that TSN might have been/be overrated (see thread about AFC). Just look at the competition. Nothing outside of Tier 1 in the current FBR cycle. No fluff games to boost the win column. Even if the criticism wasn't delivered harshly, it still invites a defensive reaction after the heat of battle especially considering we're usually the smallest, slowest team on the field, no hired guns, and playing against what looks like middle schoolers in some cases, ie., DT Scott - who may have had guest players to boot, if what was suggested above is true. Will be interesting to see what happens to some of those top 2,3,4,5 teams when rosters become fixed.go99 wrote:Well thats definitely not good. The same as I have said for DTS. As history has shown, not much will change.. Looks like the top 5 '02 teams, they were consistent. Im sure things can change..KnKsDad wrote:Agreed. This applies to about 30 other 04G teams, too.
