I seriously doubt Galaxy will try. I think they are happy were they are.

Not sure that ASC will participate in the LHQT. They have been on top in Arlington for several years with one exception and they have not entered the Qualifier.
I believe they had a roster of 11 players this past season.

Based on input, dropped ASC and Galaxy. As of now, no Arlington teams on the list. Brackets shuffled so different matchups with this view but assuming 4 brackets for now. Still lots of variables. If you know of teams entering for sure please let us know. I have only heard Solar Silver and Reign for sure. Fairly certain the top 9 seeds will enter along with LP Keegan. That leaves TNSC and Chelsea east as unknowns.

I have seen that Rush is looking, could they be gearing up for a run?

Has Meja United folded? If not wouldn't they be in the mix?

Sting Richardson has folded, so most likely Sting West West will be in D2 next year. This should open up a fifth qualifier spot.

Does that open up a spot, or do any DIII teams getting relegated get saved if an opening is not backfilled?

FWFC will not get a free pass, they will still have to re-qualify. This just means that 5 spots will be available instead of 4 spots for 2014-15 DIII

U14 DIII = 10 Teams
1st place earns a BYE and will move to DII
2nd thru 5th place earn a BYE and remain in DIII
6th thru 10th place do not receive a BYE and must re-qualify

One would think that If Sting West West moved up, then logically one team would move back up the food chain in D3 still leaving four spots open. If that is the case, then Gunners would be retained in D3 and would not have to re-qualify. I guess we will have to wait and see which way the wind blows.

Why Gunners?

They have not backfilled in the past. Will just mean an extra spot available in QT.

You might be correct. Sting 00G - Bruno part deux could claim the D3 bye.

Don't know if Velocity (another new team) will be able to come up enough players, but I think they would be trying to qualify as well.

Ina, Meja United has not folded. We have had some great girls come our way and are still making decisions on what will be best for our girls this upcoming season.

I believe that the open slot question concerning Sting has been resolved. Sting West-West moves up to D2 and Sting Bruno moves to D3. So there are still only four slots open to be filled.

Yes the ones with just Plano are D1.
