I believe the minimum is 14 and the maximum is 18 at this age. In a post under teams looking, they mention they are looking to fill 1 spot and enter LHGCL QT. Is that one spot remaining on the 18 or 1 spot to hit the 14??? I haven't a clue, but we will find out when the list comes out at some point.

If I remember correctly, they like to wait for a very long time before posting the schedule, and now that we don't have the pre-seeding tournament it could be even longer. Razz

Renegades FC is entered for the QT and looking to qualify for D3. From the managers meeting: "prior to 7/19- playing format released" "prior to 7/20- games released"

you can add to your tourney roster up to 5pm 7/18
if you qualify, you can add to your league roster you can add up to 8/8

Minimum roster size is 14

That is a very amusing and incredibly far fetched post in regards to Renegades FC not being officially accepted into the tournament. I can read your future - you need a new source!!!

I am not sure who you have been conversing with, BUT, Renegades FC have already been accepted into the tournament - I should know, I did it in person with Miss Jeanie last week.

Please refrain from posting stories that have absolutely no grounds of truth to them whatsoever.

It's easy to clarify without throwing out insults. A simple, "The information was inaccurate and Renegades FC is entered and going to the QT" would've sufficed.

I find it remarkable that you would compose a post, which the validity of the facts have not been confirmed and you wish to instigate your 1st Amendment - suggestion - in future when you have zero clue about a topic and subject, it's best not to say anything as the old saying goes, if you make an ass of yourself, there will always be someone ready to ride you.

If you didn't like my clarification, kindly refrain from posting lies about my Club and my team, facts that you have no knowledge on whatsoever.

If I had a dollar for every time someone's source was wrong on this forum I could pay for a year of my DD's soccer dues!

Didn't sound like he disrespected anyone. Definitely hit a nerve I would say.

Wasn't really interested in this thread till now. May have to hang around and see how the tournament ends up now.

Can someone explain to me how saying they heard a club wasn't entering QT disrespectful and insulting to said club? Not sure that computes in my brain... they just repeated something they heard on a public forum discussing who might and might not be entering U15 LHGCL QT for 2014???

I think someone needs a little thicker skin especially heading up a new club which I'm sure people will have many varied opinions about...

Seeding for however many brackets are used traverses for bracket placement.

Bracket A	Bracket B	Bracket C	Bracket D
Seed 1	2	3	4
8	7	6	5
9	10	11	12
16	15	14	13

OK people can we cut a little slack here? Granted, Elite might have been a bit over exuberant in his reaction to simple speculation, but having gotten to know him, it really comes out of intense loyalty and love for his team, players and parents. His whole team followed him from the big club life to independent this year and I think that shows the loyalty is mutual.

He is newer to this posting world and may not understand our curiosity levels. (And those levels roll deep, very deep.)

Elite, welcome to the world of soccer posting. Please know that speculation about the QT or other events is just that, speculation. We don't mean anything rude or mean about it. The QT is always a reason for people to speculate about who will be trying out. It is a spectator sport that we all indulge in.
