All-star parents seem irritable and on edge these days after 2 players left and whispers of more to come. Hello Rush or maybe the 04 Pulp thing isn't just a rumor anymore.

 I can't even figure out what the hell you guys are talking about of why my name was dropped?   Who the hell cares what the team is called? They liked their coach and they followed him to solar. They change the color of their jerseys and thats about it. The coach has a job and he has to make choices that are best for him. I followed dd's coach from Texans to LP and don't care why he left why should it be any different for them. A name in the end is just a name and in a few more months RASE wont be RASE anymore but we still plan to hand out the same A$$whoopings. Oh and to answer the question we lost one great little girl and family to rush. They already had 1 there and made a decision that was best for them. We all wish her and them the absolute best. Another chose to go to dalglish (by their own choice) and was kicking butt in the last game I saw. By my memory we have had 5 other girls leave RASE at one point or the other all for their own reasons (and hopefully on good terms) and for the most part all doing very well. I don't see any of that as a falling apart. As far as solar pulp goes. DD love pulp and would kill for him but she would actually help Lee bury the bodies. At 11 I don't see anything to be gained by jumping ship at 11. But good luck to pulp. If anybody can put together a top team at this point it would be pulp. Not sure what that would mean for his 05's though

I was just up late, bored, and stumbled across the situation at hand....
Don't take anything I typed to heart...strictly for entertainment was my aim.
Some old forum buddies said they wish the old Kix would surface and I kind of forced the play...
You just happened to meet the criteria at that point in time. It was kinda fun but I'm outgrowing that and I have bigger fish to filet. I used to follow RASE with envy and spite but that's before yall were chosen and I was new to the 04 girls soccer scene...
Anyhow...your beef with TA is your thing and I'm sure TA can handle it well enough and probably needs my help with it about as much as he needs you telling him how and how not to answer questions.

Didn't really mean the mofo thing and im pretty sure, well at least I hope you didn't ride the English pony for any reason pertaining to soccer, if you did out of personal pleasure then hey...to each its own.

Agreed. From what I can tell, one player left to get more playing time at a club the rest of her sisters were at. The other moved to Dalglish to play in a more creative position and role. But RASE also added one of top players from Tarrant County this spring and one more addition is coming I heard so I believe RASE has 16 - soon to be 17? - on roster. Looking across the field, Dalglish looks like there are 20+ players! All is well and both teams are thriving in their current environment.

I have been patiently waiting for this day....this is when the boards get real interesting to read!

From here until July all threads will divulge into what team is named what, which team will be the top team within the respective clubs, and all sorts of rumor an innuendo regarding movement of players.

Everybody put their seat belt on, make sure the safety bar is lowered, and hang on tight...its gonna be a wild, crazy ride from here to July!!! Woo Hoo!

There is the RASE attitude we all love. You didn't get a new girl that is good. But you got one of the BEST in Tarrant county. I can honestly say, I think very few, if any, teams would make this statement. The special uniform the will receive should move her from one of the best to THE best.

Alright let's recap; So far this morning we've talked about- mofo's, riding english ponies, chosen players, solar defectors and as usual RASE. Did I miss anything? Didn't think so.

I don't know if she is one of the best in Tarrent county or not. I am more of the if it didn't happen in Dallas did it really happen at all school of thought.

She is a solid player that does play the way the rest of the girls do so fits in well. I would absolutely love to see this new addition coming though. Always excited to see new talent come in.

But to Jsullies point. I would assume that if she was not at least one of the better players out of tarrent then she would be in over her head at RASE. How many middle of the road, GOOD, players did SRSA add to their roster?

I'm guessing this is the player from Odyssey 04G? If so, always hard for the smaller clubs to overcome losing top players.

You are right.  That would suck if you had to actually develop your own players.  Much easier to just keep recruiting girls that were developed somewhere else.

It's kind of the nature of smaller clubs. But I would look at it as a coach that look at the players that I have sent on to do bigger things

Most of the girls on the team have been there for a number of years incuding my dd who has never had another coach but okay. Keep telling yourself the just recruiting story if it helps you and your coach sleep at night.

I want my DD to belong to the elite soccer player club! Will this headband do? It's a Nike and looks athletic and all. Or does it have to have some magic dust from the aforementioned English pony sprinkled on it to be effective?
