I am going to have a real problem if it is above 70 degrees or below 50 degrees or the ball is not white with black accents with proper psi. or the ref is wearing a green shirt instead of a yellow one. Big problems if the wind is above 9 knots & the fields are not laid out N/S instead of E/W, I do not want my DD having to play with sun in her face. If the officials are below 20 years of age or over 40, if my "expectations are not met the TD will "rue the day!"

People pay good money and expect for the Brackets to be fair. These Brackets are not, it's been done poorly, that's why people are unhappy. All the TD has to do is look at the Rankings on this forum and go from there.

why do the brackets have to fair? Who is to say you see fair one way and I do another?

What if they have their own ranking system? What if they drew them all from a hat?

Who cares, play who is put in front of you.....

Entitled? No, just doesn't make sense for them to play 3/4 games when they could do it for free.

The brackets do not have to be fair. The tournament director could just draw names from a hat. The tournament could be organized by the color of each team's kit.

However, that is not what we are all used to around here. We are used to tournaments set up March Madness style where the top teams are spread out so that if form holds the top teams end up playing each other in the later stages of the tournament. I am not saying it is right or wrong, just that we are used to tournaments set up that way.

Yes, I know soccer tournaments can have groups of death, but there seems to be basic things that a tournament director would consider such as not putting 3 teams from the same academy in a four team group. And yes, the schedules are not final and FCD East Black Predator is still in the lower division so we should all be patient.

As always, it comes down to the power of the consumer. If you do not like the product don't play in this tournament again. After all, there are 30 '03 teams playing- TFC must feel pretty good about themselves and their product or noone would have signed up.

Why not swap over FCD with Dalglish 04? Move Dalglish 03 to Bracket A and FCD to Bracket D? Simple fix.

I agree swap FCD Predator with LP Dalglish 04
But if you put FCD in D.....that bracket will still be unbalanced, and much more difficult than some of the others IMO....but at least one LP team will be happy and it improves the chances of an all LW final. Because that's what we all want right?

FCD and Dalglish 03 would probably be the strongest final.

Final schedule is up. Interestingly enough or should I say oddly enough, we, FCD East Predator, was moved to Blue division and LP Dalglish 03 was moved to White division. Not sure how that was a better fix but it has happened. WTF!!!!!

Wait, so the 3rd best 03 team in the state is playing in the silver division? This TD is a comedian!

What is funny is that you think that the "rankings" done on this little forum cover the whole state of TEXAS. Chill out....they will get it fixed.

I'm thinking LP Dalglish 04 was the one they intended to send to Silver.
