No one wanted to play goal keeper and we ran out of Nana Yogurt Bribes (PS - the Goalie in the 1st half cost me $9 at Nana Yogurt alone this afternoon.)

A fun game to watch! These two opened the SDL season against each other, and Hyypia won 3-2, so they appear to be very competitively matched.

Hey JJ....Are you saying "most" D3 03 teams need to watch out for Daglish or ALL 03 teams? I don't think their record would have been nearly as impressive if the played D2 03 (where IMO Aces Black should play) or D1 04. I will say it was a fun game to watch though...

In my opinion, I think this '04 team could beat many D2 '03s. By next Spring could possibly beat many of the D1s. Just my opinion from watching only this one game.

This game wasn't nearly as close as the score might suggest. It was 4-0 for the majority of the game....my 2 cents only...

This game was 1-0 at half. Aces goal in first half came as soon as Dalglish 2nd string came in. 2 more of Aces goals came from free kicks. One being a complete idiotic penalty and then letting the one taking the kick double touch it on an indirect. The game was close and could have been closer. Dont think for a second Dalglish isnt capable of beating them
The biggest disadvantage for Liverpool in this game came down to speed. Liverpool has many fast players, but the Aces team is very fast and even faster due to the 1 and 2 yr age difference. Fun game to watch tho!

Looking at the game as a whole, it seemed the LP kids had the ball the majority of the game and were trying to play attractive soccer. Aces had a very big, fast forward who could not be caught by the little legs of the LP girls. Once the starters were back in, LP got back in their rhythm pretty quickly. A fun game to watch of two contrasting styles.
